Key Collection & Bond Receipt
- Meet our Welcome Team at the property to pick up your keys and receive your bond-payment receipt.
- Verify your unit number and roommate list.
Document Verification
- Upload or present a clear copy of your passport and current visa.
- Sign and return the Accommodation Agreement and House Rules.
Safety Orientation
- Locate all emergency exits and fire-safety equipment (extinguishers, alarms).
- Review our evacuation procedures posted on each corridor.
Utilities & Wi-Fi Activation
- Confirm your internet username and password—high-speed Wi-Fi is included.
- Review electricity and gas allowances. Any usage beyond the $250/month unit cap will be split equally.
